Personal information touches this site in exactly one place — inside the application form. Nothing else here logs you in, tracks you quietly, or keeps a note that you visited.

Details you type into the form

Once you hit send, we're holding your name, the reach-out channel you picked — Telegram, WhatsApp, or an inbox — plus the role you chose and your own rating of your written English. There's a final optional field about where you heard of us, and it's fine to leave blank.

Bits your browser tacks on by itself

Independent of anything you type, the browser attaches its own passive record: a network number plus the general region it maps to, a signature stitched together from your device settings and browser build, the screen dimensions in use, your time zone, the referring page, and click IDs from a paid ad when one led you here. Mostly that network number helps us flag a single applicant resubmitting the same form again and again within a narrow window. None of it becomes an ad-targeting file; the whole point is catching spammy entries and seeing which channel real candidates use.

Storage location

Submissions get written to Cloudflare D1, a database running fully within Cloudflare's own systems. Only a compact hiring group inside IgoChat can pull that table open, and none of them push rows out to spreadsheets, third-party CRMs, or any other place.

Anyone besides that group?

The instant an entry arrives, matching fields also post into a private Telegram channel that recruiters keep watching, letting a person respond right away rather than waiting for a batch pass later. That relay travels over systems Telegram itself operates and answers to whatever rules Telegram sets, not something we control. Past that hiring group, no one ever sees a submission — it's never sold, never rented, and never reaches an ad platform or a company outside ours.

No cookies anywhere

This site drops zero tracking cookies and loads no analytics beacon or ad pixel at all. Every browser-supplied detail named above gets pulled a single time, directly off the request as it arrives when you press the button — afterward your browser stores nothing that could connect a return visit back to this one.

Keeping and clearing records

A submission remains on file while its hiring outcome is undecided, and beyond that for however long your work history keeps mattering; anything older gets purged on a rolling cycle. Need it gone sooner? Re-open the application form and send a brief note asking for deletion, naming the contact you originally applied with — that's enough for us to clear it.

If this page is edited
